It's important to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your card pool as you draft, and to adjust your picks accordingly. For example, it's not enough to say that the Scourge-war card Nature’s Focus is powerful - it clearly is.
It's where this card fits into your plans to win a given game that will shape your decisions. Say that you're sitting with a pair of the card after pack one - you won't need to prioritize 2-drops as highly, because you already have a couple of ways to stem early bleeding.
I'm not saying that you should leave yourself blank - naturally, it would be nice if you can save your Focus to use on most 4-drops, a huge boon when you're trying to be aggressive. The point is to prioritize other drops a bit higher, and fill out your whole curve.
Blizzard claims they are trying to make Circle of Healing feel more special, and also trying to get Priests to use a wider range of spells.
